Responsibilities include liaising between clients and technical teams, translating business goals into actionable stories, and delivering training. Formación

• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a contact center context.
• Ability to translate complex technical information to stakeholders.
• Strong programming skills and familiarity with AWS technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers in adopting Amazon Connect solutions.
• Conduct technology assessments and audits.
• Facilitate business process reviews to understand customer needs.

Conocimientos

Customer‑facing contact center experience

Experience building integrations

Experience with communications protocols

Hands‑on scripting/coding

Communication and presentation skills

API integration experience

Troubleshooting and debugging skills

Experience with Cloudformation and Contact Flow Design

Knowledge of automation tools

Contact Center architecture knowledge

Experience in technology/software sales

Advanced knowledge of AWS services

Salesforce knowledge

Contact center product knowledge of other platforms

Experience with WorkForce Management solutions

Knowledge of software development methodologies

AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification

AWS Developer Associate Certification

AWS Solution Architect Certification

Salesforce Certified Administrator
