NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, located in Colombia, is searching for a seasoned Sr. AWS Consultant to support customer adoption of Amazon Connect solutions and ensure successful deployment. You will engage with customers to improve their experience and productivity while leading initiatives to enhance AI-powered transformative solutions.

This position allows for remote work flexibility and includes travel opportunities as part of the role. The ideal candidate will be experienced in technologies like AWS and Salesforce, showcasing strong communication and technical skills.

Formación

• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions.
• Experience with hands-on scripting/coding (e.g., Python, Java, C#, Node.js).

Responsabilidades

• Support customers in adopting Amazon Connect solutions.
• Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS.
• Translate high-level business goals into actionable user stories.

Conocimientos

Customer-facing contact center experience

Experience with communications protocols and APIs

Experience in technology/software sales

Advanced knowledge of AWS services

Salesforce knowledge
