NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, seeks an AWS Amazon Connect QA Consultant / Sr. QA Consultant to drive testing for complex cloud contact center solutions. You will translate IVR designs into test scripts, validate telephony flows, and perform end-to-end API testing across AWS, Salesforce, and partner systems.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing in Amazon Connect environments, collaboration with clients and vendors, and ensuring release readiness through detailed reports and metrics.

Formación

• 5+ years of QA/testing experience, including 3+ years in contact center, CTI, IVR, or cloud contact center platforms.
• Strong hands-on Amazon Connect testing experience, including self-service and complex IVR scenarios.
• Ability to read Lucidchart/Visio IVR designs and translate them into detailed test scripts.
• Proven API and integration testing experience using Postman, REST-assured, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Jira, qTest, TestRail or equivalent test management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT test scenarios for Amazon Connect-based contact centers.
• Perform end-to-end API testing across AWS, Salesforce, and third-party systems.
• Coordinate with clients, developers, and vendors to map end-to-end business processes and data flows.
• Lead defect triage and report release readiness with evidence and logs.
• Contribute to test data management and test automation plans.
