NeuraFlash, LLC, part of Accenture, is seeking a Sr. QA Consultant for Amazon Connect / Contact Center QA. This remote role supports Colombia.

You will design and execute functional and API tests across AWS/Lex/Lambda, validate telephony flows, and ensure release readiness while coordinating with multi‑vendor teams.

Experience with IVR, CTI, and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice is valued; strong test planning and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years QA/testing experience, incl. 3+ years in contact center/telephony.
• Strong Amazon Connect testing experience with IVR/self-service implementations.
• Ability to read Lucidchart/Visio IVR designs and convert to test scripts.
• Knowledge of IVR, ACD/routing, DTMF, ASR, PSTN, call recording and transcription.
• Hands-on with AWS Console/Lambda/DynamoDB/S3/Lex and related services.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice is desirable.
• Proficient with Postman, SoapUI or REST-assured for API testing.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute test scenarios for Amazon Connect centers and complex IVRs.
• Translate IVR diagrams into detailed test scripts with full branch Coverage.
• Perform end-to-end API testing across connected systems (Postman/SoapUI/REST‑assured).
• Coordinate with clients, business teams, developers, and vendors to align test plans.
• Lead defect triage and deliver release readiness reports.
