NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture in Colombia is seeking an AWS Solution Architect to drive innovation in AI solutions. You will work closely with clients, ensuring their success by building and launching Amazon Connect solutions tailored to their needs.

Your role includes conducting technology assessments, mentoring teams, and delivering customer training. Ideal candidates are skilled in AWS, have API integration experience, and possess strong communication abilities. Join us to be at the forefront of AI-driven transformation.

Formación

• Customer-facing contact center experience is essential.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and Salesforce.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure customer success with Amazon Connect solutions.
• Conduct technology assessments for contact center improvements.
• Translate customer requirements into effective solutions.

Conocimientos

Customer-facing contact center experience

Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, contact center solutions

Experience with communications protocols and APIs

Hands-on Scripting/coding (python, java, c#, .NET, Node.js)

Communication and presentation skills

API integration experience

Troubleshooting and debugging skills

Knowledge of automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)

Contact Center architecture knowledge

Experience in technology/software sales

Advanced knowledge of AWS services

Salesforce knowledge

Contact center product knowledge of other platforms

Experience with WorkForce Management solutions

Experience with outbound dialers

Knowledge of software development methodologies

AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification

AWS Developer Associate Certification

Salesforce Certified Administrator

English Fluency

Ability to travel Internationally

Educación

Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
