NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is seeking a hands-on senior solutions professional to architect and deliver AI-powered contact center solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect. You will guide a development team, provide technical design and training, and engage with architects to ensure scalable, robust implementations.

The role emphasizes integration across systems, cloud services, and modern IaC/CI/CD practices while aligning with client goals and enterprise standards.

Formación

• Hands-on programming experience (Python/Java/C#/Node.js).
• Experience building integrations across systems via REST APIs.
• Knowledge of JSON and related services.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Experience with CloudFormation and Lambda integrations; CI/CD or IaC.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Solution Architect to deliver contact center solutions.
• Provide technical advisory during business reviews; identify requirements.
• Provide technical details for User Stories and designs.
• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect.
• Lead development tasks and code reviews; deliver end-user training and docs.
