Formación

• Hands-on programming experience in Python/Java/C#/Node.js.
• Experience building integrations using REST APIs and JSON.
• Knowledge of AWS services used in contact centers and cloud architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver contact center solutions with Solution Architect support.
• Provide technical guidance during business reviews and user stories.
• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect.
• Lead development tasks and code reviews, document training.
