WPP Media is seeking a Senior Analyst to quantify and measure marketing and advertising performance, delivering insights to drive innovation. You will partner with Analytics and cross‑discipline teams across the region to build continuity and improve operations.

You will immerse in marketing data, perform analyses, create clear visuals, and tell compelling data stories, while staying current on analytics tools and AI offerings to maximize impact.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with a 3.0 GPA in Analytics, Technology, Marketing, Advertising or related field.
• Proficiency at least C1 in English.
• 1–3 years in a marketing analytics role, preferably at a media agency.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint; Google Workspace a bonus.
• Exposure to Brand and Direct Response measurement.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, capable under pressure.
• Numbers-driven mindset with data problem solving.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, CM360; AI tools a plus.
• Experience with R, SQL, Python a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Fully immerse in marketing data collection, cleaning, analysis and measurement.
• Champion real-time data QA and formatting for media measurement.
• Identify and resolve program issues, escalating as needed.
• Transform data into visually appealing presentations.
• Communicate insights and tell a story about advertising campaigns.
• Learn adjacent practices to tailor insights toward action.
• Stay updated on product offerings and their analytics impact.
• Occasionally manage conversations with vendors and clients.
