Job summary

WPP Media Limited is seeking a Senior Associate, Data Analytics and BI to build and optimize highly interactive dashboards using Power BI, Datorama, and Tableau. You will align KPIs with campaign objectives, validate data quality, and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams to ensure consistent reporting across markets.

The role emphasizes data governance, automated testing, and scalable data architecture, with remote/hybrid options across eligible regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in BI, data analytics, or data QA.
• Advanced, hands-on expertise in Power BI; experience with Datorama, Tableau, or Looker is highly valued.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Understanding of software QA methodologies, test-case planning, and automated testing for data pipelines.
• Familiarity with ad-tech and digital platforms (CM, DSPs, web analytics).
• Strong written and spoken English; ability to work with onshore/offshore teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science/IT/Engineering/Analytics.
• SQL, Python, or ETL scripting is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations across BI tools.
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports reflecting digital media campaign performance.
• Support campaign measurement frameworks and establish KPIs and benchmarks.
• Manage reporting playbooks, calendars, and milestones to ensure accountability.
• Design and execute test plans and automated validation scripts for reporting accuracy.
• Validate data across visualization platforms (Power BI, Datorama, Tableau) against raw data sources.
• Assist in data governance and taxonomy for paid media data.
• Collaborate with Data Operations and Data Engineering to build stable data architectures.
• Coordinate project timelines and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Assist different onshore/offshore teams and optimize repetitive tasks for efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of workflows, schemas, QA processes, and change logs.
