Job summary

WPP Media Limited is seeking a Senior Associate, Data Analytics and BI to join the Global Operations Centre. You will design and maintain dashboards with Power BI, validate data across tools, and build measurement frameworks aligning with campaign objectives.

You will work with teams across the US, Europe, and Asia, ensuring data quality and scalable reporting, while leveraging cloud platforms and ad-tech knowledge to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or data QA.
• Advanced Power BI; experience with Datorama, Tableau, or Looker is highly valued.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Proven QA methodologies, test‑case planning, and automated testing for data pipelines.
• Deep familiarity with ad-tech/digital platforms (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, social platforms, DSPs) and web analytics tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for collaboration in an onshore/offshore model.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or ETL scripting is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure, preferably Google Cloud Platform with BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow; or AWS/Azure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain highly interactive dashboards and visualizations ensuring accuracy and visual impact.
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports reflecting digital media campaign performance.
• Support development of campaign measurement frameworks with KPIs and benchmarks.
• Manage reporting playbooks, calendars, and milestones promoting accountability across teams.
• Design, write, and execute test plans, cases, and automated validation scripts for reporting accuracy.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation between visualization platforms (Power BI, Datorama, Tableau) and data sources.
• Support the intake and quality assurance of partner-provided performance data.
• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables, communicating progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Adapt to changing business needs by supporting different onshore/offshore teams.
