Monks is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own the delivery of complex software builds, coordinating between clients, engineering, product, and design. You’ll ensure milestones, risks, budgets, and schedules stay on track while enabling teams that use AI coding agents in their daily workflow.

You will guide agile ceremonies, manage blockers, and mentor delivery leads, partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects on time.

Formación

• 5+ years of software delivery management experience
• Strong experience with agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Proven risk, dependency, scope, budget and schedule management
• Excellent client communication and expectation-setting
• Strong organizational skills with attention to plans and follow-ups
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and bring clarity to complex situations
• Proactive in identifying and addressing delivery risks
• Familiarity with AI-enabled engineering workflows
• Experience working with technical teams and product/engineering alignment
• Experience mentoring delivery leads or project managers is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery plans, milestones, timelines, and follow-ups
• Track risks and dependencies and drive mitigation
• Lead status meetings, planning sessions, retrospectives, and agile rituals
• Identify and resolve blockers to keep teams moving
• Manage client communication and alignment with stakeholders
• Coordinate delivery across engineering, product, design, and client teams
• Monitor delivery against scope, budget, and schedule
• Communicate project status clearly, especially under pressure
• Support delivery practices in AI-enabled engineering environments
• Mentor other delivery leads and project managers
• Other duties as assigned
