Perficient seeks a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced technical environment. You will drive Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery, align projects with business outcomes, and champion AI-driven process optimization.

You will manage multi-million-dollar budgets, govern large programs, and collaborate with C-level stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and measurable results.

Formación

• 10+ years in consulting and project/program management, including PMO leadership and multi-track engagements.
• Proven success in managing large-scale data projects and enterprise transformations.
• Certifications: PMP and Agile/Scrum (CSM/CSPO/SAFe) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs with high visibility and complexity.
• Define and evolve delivery frameworks; coach teams on best practices.
• Architect and optimize Agile tooling environments (Jira, Confluence); establish governance for scaled delivery.
• Own budgeting and financial alignment with business outcomes; drive risk and change management.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, clients, and partners; ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
