EPAM Systems in Colombia seeks a Senior Delivery Manager to steer complex technical programs end-to-end, aligning architecture, engineering, and business priorities across multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders. You’ll drive delivery excellence, ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes, and champion scalable, maintainable solutions.

You will lead full-cycle software delivery, shape design choices, uphold governance, manage stakeholders, and monitor risks, while reporting progress to executives.

Formación

• Proven record with 3+ years of experience in Delivery Management and delivering projects successfully.
• Deep expertise in Architecture Design and Architecture Governance practices.
• Solid background in Data Software Engineering environments.
• Strong capability in Stakeholder Management across diverse groups.
• Hands‑on proficiency in Delivery Management.AI.
• Fluent English communication skills at B2+/C1 (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced) level.

• Track project performance metrics and refine delivery approaches based on results.
• Assist governance reviews to confirm adherence to architectural standards.
• Develop trusted stakeholder relationships that promote transparency across the delivery lifecycle.
