Job summary

Monks seeks a Lead Product Manager to own discovery, set product direction, and translate fuzzy business needs into executable plans. You will be the primary product contact for clients, guiding work with engineering and design from ideation to launch and adoption.

You will lead discovery, define KPIs, and partner closely with AI-enabled workflows and technical teams in a fast-paced, consulting environment. Strong English communication and stakeholder negotiation are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years in product management for software or digital products, ideally including 0-to-1 work.
A track record leading end-to-end discovery and turning operational needs into scalable requirements.
Strong stakeholder facilitation and negotiation skills.
Comfort with web technologies, technical concepts, and APIs.
Ability to ramp quickly on an unfamiliar domain.
Goal-oriented, autonomous, and organized.
Strong English communication skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile consulting environment.

Responsibilities

Discovery and strategy: run discovery, research, and analysis, and define the product direction and roadmap.
Client partnership: serve as trusted advisor and primary product contact, surface competing needs early, and broker trade-offs.
Delivery: define requirements, prioritize, and manage scope with engineering and design from idea through launch and adoption.
Measurement: define the KPIs that matter and use data to drive iteration.
Risk: spot risks to delivery early and drive mitigation.
