Robots & Pencils is seeking a Senior Product Manager, AI to lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI and agentic AI engagements. You’ll own the product roadmap, define agent behavior, run evals, and guide delivery from discovery through phased rollout with senior client stakeholders.

You’ll work with an AI-delivery team, bring depth in AI concepts, and communicate tradeoffs to executives. The role emphasizes ownership, speed, and craft in a fast-paced client environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in product management with hands-on AI features delivery.
• Hands-on prototyping ability and experience framing complex AI engagements.
• Experience communicating AI tradeoffs to executive audiences and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end product delivery for complex AI engagements from discovery to rollout.
• Define AI product roadmaps and connect capabilities to business outcomes.
• Lead user research, stakeholder interviews, and hypothesis testing to de-risk builds.
• Design and run experiments (POCs, pilots, scenario testing) for multi-step workflows.
• Define agent behavior including prompts, tool schemas, and memory patterns.
• Establish evals frameworks covering task completion, reasoning quality, and safety.
• Set success metrics at the agent level and align with client KPIs.
• Mentor junior PMs and collaborate with engineering on architecture decisions.
• Communicate tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical executives.
