Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Track & Trace Analyst in Medellín for a temporary seasonal contract from November to December. You will monitor shipments, maintain visibility across systems, and resolve exceptions by coordinating with carriers, drivers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include tracking lifecycle events, updating statuses, investigating delays, and ensuring timely communications according to procedures. Strong English and multitasking required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Track & Trace or related field.
• Experience with transportation management systems, carrier portals, and tracking platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency or higher.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipments throughout the lifecycle to ensure accurate tracking.
• Proactively obtain status, location and updated ETAs from carriers/drivers.
• Maintain shipment data in TMS/tracking systems.
• Investigate shipment exceptions and service disruptions.
• Communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with carriers, dispatchers, drivers, brokers to resolve tracking issues.
• Escalate delays following client escalation procedures and SLAs.
• Track appointment times and milestones; document communications.
• Prioritize shipments based on urgency and impact; provide timely visibility.
• Identify recurring issues and report trends to management.
• Adhere to SOPs, quality standards and security requirements.
• Assist with reporting related to shipment visibility and performance.
