• 1+ years of experience in Track & Trace, logistics, transportation, or related field.
• Experience with transportation management systems, carrier portals, and tracking platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments.
• Mid-level English proficiency or higher, depending on client requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor shipments to ensure accurate and timely tracking.
• Follow up with carriers and drivers for status updates and ETAs.
• Update shipment records in TMS or client systems.
• Investigate delays, exceptions, and disruptions; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with carriers, dispatchers, drivers, brokers, and other parties to resolve issues.
• Communicate shipment updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Document all shipment communications and actions.
• Prioritize shipments and exceptions by urgency and impact.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Track & Trace Analyst to monitor shipments throughout the transportation lifecycle, maintain accurate shipment visibility, and proactively identify and resolve exceptions that may impact delivery performance. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with carriers, drivers, customers, and internal operations teams to ensure timely communication and accurate documentation across all relevant systems.This is a temporary seasonal contract starting in November and concluding at the end of December.We accept CVs in English only.ResponsibilitiesMonitor assigned shipments throughout the transportation lifecycle to ensure accurate and timely trackingFollow up proactively with carriers and drivers to obtain shipment status, location, and updated estimated arrival timesMaintain accurate shipment information in the applicable TMS, tracking platform, or client systemInvestigate shipment exceptions, including delays, missed appointments, lack of movement, route deviations, and other service disruptionsCommunicate shipment updates and exceptions to customers and internal stakeholders according to established proceduresCoordinate with carriers, dispatchers, drivers, brokers, and other relevant parties to resolve tracking issuesEscalate critical delays or service issues in accordance with client-specific escalation procedures and SLAsTrack appointment times, pickup and delivery milestones, and other relevant shipment eventsDocument all shipment-related communications and actions properlyPrioritize shipments and exceptions based on urgency, customer requirements, and potential operational impactProvide accurate shipment visibility and timely updates to support the operations teamIdentify recurring carrier or tracking issues and report trends to supervisors or operations managementAdhere to client SOPs, quality standards, security requirements, and established operational proceduresAssist with reporting and other operational activities related to shipment visibility and transportation performanceRequirements1+ years of experience in Track & Trace, logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, dispatch, or a related fieldExperience working with transportation management systems, carrier portals, and tracking platformsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneouslyAbility to prioritize tasks and respond appropriately to time-sensitive exceptionsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving and follow-up skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracyIntermediate English proficiency or higher, depending on client requirementsWe offerLearning Culture - We want you to be the best version of yourself, that is why we offer unlimited access to learning platforms, a wide range of internal courses, and all the knowledge you need to grow professionallyHealth Coverage - Health and wellness are important, that is why we have you and up to four family members in a premiere health plan.
