Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in a daily transportation operation, dispatch, customer service, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Track loads through tracking applications and confirm details by phone.
• Update customers via email and/or through the customer portal.
• Update the TMS and create Event Logs.
• Set appointments.
• Follow up on any missing appointments.
• Build new loads and update appropriate spreadsheets.
