Caseware is hiring a Software Developer in Test (SDET) to join the quality engineering team for our SaaS platform. This fully remote role is located in Colombia and reports into the Central Quality function within the SE Platform team.

You will embed quality in every phase of development, modernize testing approaches, and drive automation, tooling, and CI/CD improvements across the platform.

Formación

• Experience as a Software Developer in Test (SDET) within modern SaaS or platform environments.
• Strong automation engineering background across unit to E2E testing in cloud-native setups.
• Hands-on with Cypress, Pact, and performance testing tools like K6.
• Proficient in HTML/CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript for front-end tests.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and observability practices to improve test feedback.
• Ability to influence engineering and product stakeholders on quality practices.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the SDET team and embed quality into every development phase through tooling, automation, and reporting.
• Drive quality strategy across the platform and improve test pyramid and reliability.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows to speed delivery with confidence.
• Enhance E2E test stability by refining test data setup, isolation, and execution.
• Promote actionable test signals and reduce flaky tests across distributed teams.
