Caseware, a leading global SaaS provider for accounting and audit, is seeking a Software Developer in Test (SDET) to join the Central Quality Engineering team. You’ll help embed quality across product teams, drive automation, and optimize CI/CD pipelines in a cloud-driven environment.

You’ll work on a modern QA strategy for a rapidly scaling platform, with emphasis on lower-level testing and AI-assisted testing techniques, while maintaining velocity and reliability across distributed teams.

Formación

• 2+ years in Quality Engineering within modern SaaS or cloud-native platforms.
• Experience scaling automated testing infrastructure and CI/CD integration.
• Knowledge of testing strategies from unit to E2E, incl. API contracts.
• Strong frontend testing fluency in HTML/CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with observability and test signal improvement practices.
• Excellent communication and coaching across stakeholders.
• Experience leading testing initiatives across distributed regions.
• Experience integrating QA tools like Zephyr Scale and GitHub CI/CD.
• Growth mindset and mentoring others; AI-powered testing awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the SDET team and partner with product teams to embed quality across development.
• Contribute to a modern quality strategy for a rapidly scaling SaaS platform.
• Improve CI/CD and developer workflows; enhance E2E test stability and reliability.
• Support testing through all phases to accelerate value delivery with agentic testing.
• Drive quality KPIs and use insights to refine practices and investments in automation.
