Caseware is hiring a Software Developer in Test (SDET) to join the quality engineering team on one of our SaaS Platform teams. You will drive scalable testing, automation, and developer enablement across the platform, reporting into the Central Quality function.

This fully remote role is located in Colombia. You will shape the quality strategy, embed quality into development, and improve CI/CD, test data management, and test reliability while collaborating with product teams across regions.

Formación

• 2+ years in Quality Engineering within SaaS/platforms.
• Experience integrating automated testing with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in Central Quality Engineering.
• Drive quality strategy across the platform.
• Functional testing from idea to value delivered.
• Improve CI/CD and test data setup, test isolation, and reliability.
• Promote AI-assisted testing strategies and tooling.
