Caseware, a leading global SaaS provider for audits and accounting, is hiring a Software Developer in Test (SDET) to join the quality engineering team. You will help drive testing, automation, and developer enablement across our cloud platform, shaping how we verify software at scale.

Based in Colombia and fully remote, you will define quality strategy, contribute to CI/CD improvements, and collaborate with product teams to embed quality at every stage of development, from planning to deployment.

Formación

• 2+ years in Quality Engineering in SaaS/cloud-native environments (AWS).
• Experience scaling automated testing infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Workflows).
• Knowledge of testing strategies across the pyramid: unit to E2E, API/integration testing.
• Front-end testing fluency in HTML/CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Observability practices to improve test signal and pipeline feedback.
• Strong communication and coaching across org.
• Experience leading testing initiatives across regions.
• Experience integrating QA tools like Zephyr Scale and GitHub.
