Caseware is seeking a Software Developer in Test (SDET) to join the quality engineering team on our SaaS Platform. You will embed quality into every phase of development, build automated tests, and help scale testing as we accelerate cloud delivery.

This fully remote role is based in Colombia and offers exposure to modern CI/CD pipelines, API and UI testing, and AI-assisted testing concepts within a global, collaborative engineering culture.

Formación

• 2+ years' experience in Quality Engineering in SaaS/cloud-native environments (AWS).
• Experience building scalable automated testing infrastructure with CI/CD (GitHub Workflows).
• Knowledge of testing pyramid across unit to E2E, including API contract testing (Cypress, Pact, K6).
• Strong frontend testing fluency (HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript) to collaborate with full-stack teams.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to influence stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the SDET team, embedding quality into every phase of development through tooling, automation, and best practices.
• Improve CI/CD and developer workflows to shorten feedback loops and increase reliability.
• Enhance test data setup, test isolation, and execution reliability for faster value realization.
• Drive quality KPIs such as test coverage, defect trends, test effectiveness, and regression rates.
• Collaborate with product teams across regions to promote a quality-first mindset.
