Caseware is hiring a Software Developer in Test (SDET) to join our quality engineering team on one of our SaaS platform teams. You will help drive quality strategy across scalable cloud engagements and embrace agentic testing capabilities with AI-assisted harnesses.

You will embed quality into development, improve CI/CD pipelines, and lead testing initiatives across distributed teams while aligning with Caseware's trust-centric values and global reach.

Formación

• 2+ years in quality engineering within modern SaaS or cloud-native environments.
• Experience scaling automated testing infrastructure, including integration with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Workflows).
• Knowledge of testing strategies across the pyramid from unit to E2E, including API contracts and integration testing.
• Solid front-end testing fluency in HTML/CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with observability tools and improving test signals.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to influence stakeholders.
• Experience leading testing initiatives for distributed teams across regions.
• Familiarity with QA tools like Zephyr Scale and on-prem CI/CD systems (GitHub).
• Interest in AI-powered testing tools (e.g., CoPilot, Claude) would be a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the team of SDETs and embed quality into every phase of development—through tooling, automation, and best practices.
• Contribute to a modern quality strategy for a rapidly scaling SaaS platform.
• Improve CI/CD and developer workflows to speed up feedback while maintaining reliability.
• Enhance E2E test stability by improving data setup, isolation, and execution signals.
• Drive quality KPIs such as coverage, defect trends, flakiness and regression rates.
• Coach and align cross-functional teams on quality practices and tooling.
