Caseware is seeking a Software Developer in Test (SDET) to join the Central Quality Engineering Function on a SaaS platform team. You will drive quality strategy, automation, and testing at scale across modern cloud engagements and agentic testing capabilities.

The role focuses on embedding quality into development, improving CI/CD, and advancing test strategies beyond UI validation to ensure reliability and velocity in a fast-growing cloud environment.

Formación

• 2+ years experience in Quality Engineering within modern SaaS or platform environments (cloud-native).
• Experience scaling automated testing infrastructure and integrating with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of testing strategies across the pyramid (unit to E2E) including API contract testing.

Responsabilidades

• Be part of the Central Quality Engineering Function and drive quality strategy across the platform.
• Perform functional testing from idea to value delivered; contribute to CI/CD improvements.
• Increase test reliability by improving test data setup, isolation, and execution.
• Improve E2E tests, reduce flaky signals, and guide automation investments.
• Collaborate with product teams to embed quality in all development phases and mentor others.
