Caseware is hiring a Software Developer in Test (SDET) to join the Central Quality Engineering Function on the SE Platform team. The role focuses on scalable testing, automation, and developer enablement for a cloud-based SaaS platform.

Location: fully remote position located in Colombia. You will collaborate with product teams to embed quality across all development phases and contribute to CI/CD improvements, test data processes, and reliable test execution.

Formación

• 2+ years’ experience in Quality Engineering within modern SaaS or cloud-native environments.
• Experience scaling automated testing infrastructure and integrating with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of testing strategies from unit to E2E, including API contract testing.
• Strong front-end testing fluency with HTML/CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with observability practices to improve test signals.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills across stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Embed quality into development through tooling, automation, and best practices.
• Contribute to a modern quality strategy for a rapidly scaling SaaS platform.
• Improve CI/CD and developer workflows, reduce flaky tests and improve feedback.
• Perform end-to-end testing and support across testing phases to accelerate value delivery.
• Drive quality KPIs and influence investments in automation and infrastructure.
• Promote a quality-first culture and mentor others in AI-first testing approaches.
