Caseware is seeking a Software Developer in Test (SDET) to join our Central Quality function within the SE Platform team. This fully remote role in Colombia focuses on embedding quality across cloud-native SaaS platforms, driving scalable automation, and modern test strategies.

You’ll help shape CI/CD integration, test data management, and robust E2E testing while collaborating with product and engineering teams to reduce flaky tests and accelerate velocity.

Formación

• 2+ years in Quality Engineering within modern SaaS or cloud-native environments
• Experience building scalable automated testing infrastructure and CI/CD integrations (GitHub Workflows)
• Knowledge of testing pyramids from unit to E2E, including API contract testing
• Strong front-end testing fluency in HTML/CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Familiarity with observability tools to improve test signal and feedback loops
• Excellent communication and coaching skills to influence stakeholders across the org

Responsabilidades

• Embed quality into every development phase via tooling, automation, and infrastructure
• Lead quality strategy across a rapidly scaling SaaS platform and improve test pyramids
• Improve CI/CD and developer workflows for faster feedback and reliability
• Enhance E2E test stability through data setup, isolation, and reliable execution
• Support cross-functional testing efforts to drive lead time to value and apply AI test harnesses
