Caseware seeks a QA Manager to lead quality engineering across our SaaS product teams. You’ll define a scalable quality strategy, partner with AI and data teams on non-deterministic systems, and drive improvements in CI/CD and release readiness.

You will recruit and mentor SDETs, establish testing frameworks, and champion a quality-first culture across engineering and product teams. This is a fully remote role based in Colombia.

Formación

• 7+ years leading QA or quality engineering teams in SaaS/platforms
• Automation and testing infrastructure expertise
• Experience with testing pyramid strategies (unit to E2E) and performance testing
• Strong front-end (HTML/CSS/JS/TS) and REST API testing knowledge
• Experience applying AI tools in testing, including GenAI
• Experience testing non-deterministic systems (LLM apps)
• Familiarity with observability tools (New Relic) and testing feedback loops
• Experience integrating QA tools with CI/CD (GitHub) and on-prem CI/CD
• Strategic mindset with systems thinking for quality at scale

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead a Central Quality Engineering function
• Recruit and lead SDETs partnering with product teams
• Define and implement scalable quality strategy for a SaaS platform
• Design quality for AI/analytics systems including GenAI features
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and quality gates
• Lead non-functional and production testing strategies
• Oversee platform release management from a quality perspective
• Build test data and observability systems for diagnosis
• Define and measure quality KPIs (DORA metrics)
• Drive culture of quality with engineering and product leaders
