Caseware is seeking a Software Developer in Test (SDET) to join the Central Quality function and drive modern testing approaches across our SaaS platform. You will collaborate with product teams to embed quality through tooling, automation, and scalable testing strategies, pushing for reliability beyond UI validation.

The role focuses on CI/CD improvements, lower-level testing, and cross-functional influence to ensure fast, trustworthy software delivery in a cloud environment.

Formación

• 2+ years' experience in Quality Engineering within modern SaaS or platform organizations.
• Experience with scaling automated testing infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Embed quality into every phase of development with tooling, automation, and best practices.
• Contribute to quality strategy to improve test pyramid and reduce UI reliance.
• Improve CI/CD and developer workflows to increase velocity and reliability.
• Drive testing across multiple regions and teams with agentic testing capabilities.
