Caseware is seeking a Software Developer in Test to join our Central Quality Engineering team. This remote role is based in Colombia and will partner with product teams to embed quality across development, automation, and CI/CD initiatives in our cloud-native SaaS platform.

You will contribute to a modern testing strategy, improve test data and CI/CD reliability, and drive key quality metrics while mentoring teams in a collaborative, AI‑driven environment.

Formación

• 2+ years' experience in Quality Engineering within modern SaaS or cloud-native environments (AWS).
• Experience scaling automated testing infrastructure with CI/CD integration (GitHub Workflows).
• Knowledge of testing strategies across the pyramid from unit to E2E, including API contract/integration testing.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the SDETs within product teams to embed quality across development lifecycles.
• Develop and implement quality strategy to reduce UI focus and improve lower-level testing reliability.
• Improve CI/CD and developer workflows, data setup, test isolation, and reduce flaky tests.
• Perform end-to-end functional testing from idea to value and support cross-team testing.
• Drive quality KPIs and align on cross‑functional testing practices across regions.
• Promote an AI‑first approach and share testing methodologies with engineers.
