Responsabilidades

• Confirm upcoming patient appointments and address scheduling inquiries.
• Process and manage referrals, including scheduling and follow-ups.
• Coordinate referral follow-ups with referral sources.
• Manage daily routes and adjust scheduling as needed.
• Handle inbound calls and messages in a timely, professional manner.
• Verify accuracy of patient and scheduling data.
• Enter, update, and maintain information in internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Generate reports to support operational decisions.
• Maintain organized filing systems and documentation.

Horario: Lunes a viernes | 9:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m. Colombia Time

We are searching for a Patient Services Specialist, to confirm upcoming patient appointments and address scheduling-related inquiries. These will be some of the responsibilities:

• Provide patients with instructions and preparation guidelines for examinations and procedures.


• Process and manage referrals, including scheduling referral appointments and follow-ups.


• Conduct referral follow-up with referral sources.


• Manage daily routes and coordinate last-minute scheduling adjustments.


• Handle inbound calls professionally and respond to messages in a timely manner.


• Verify and cross-check patient and scheduling data for accuracy and completeness.


• Enter, update, and maintain information within internal systems, databases, and spreadsheets.


• Generate reports and summaries to support operational decision-making.


• Maintain organized filing systems and documentation.

Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Healthcare Scheduler or similar role.


• Professional proficiency in English (spoken, written, and comprehension).


• Strong customer service and communication skills.


• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
