Resolv Global is seeking detail-oriented bilingual professionals to join our on-site patient support team in Barranquilla, Colombia. You will be the primary contact for patients, helping them navigate their care journey from scheduling to follow-up, across multiple channels.

This full-time, on-site role requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication, and CRM/appointment scheduling experience. Independent contractor status applies with weekly pay.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of customer service, patient support, or similar client-facing experience.
• Based in Barranquilla, Colombia or nearby with travel distance.
• Experience with CRM and appointment scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments.
• Provide clear pre- and post-appointment instructions.
• Follow up to ensure patients have needed information.
• Support clinic operations with coordination and admin tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions.

We are looking for detail-oriented, caring, and reliable bilingual professionals to join our on-site patient support team.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, helping them navigate their care journey from scheduling appointments to receiving follow‑up guidance after their visits.

This is an on‑site, full‑time position open to candidates based in Barranquilla, Colombia. If you genuinely enjoy helping people, communicate clearly in both English and Spanish, and thrive in a structured remote environment, we would love to hear from you.

What You Will Do

• Respond to patient inquiries through inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and web chats
• Schedule patient appointments and manage changes or cancellations
• Provide patients with clear pre‑appointment and post‑appointment instructions
• Follow up with patients as needed to ensure they have the information they need
• Support clinic operations with coordination and administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions
• Handle multiple communication channels at the same time while keeping a calm, professional tone throughout

Contract & Compensation

• $5.75 USD per hour
• Paid weekly in arrears
• Independent contractor position

Requirements:

• Currently residing in or near (within traveling distance of) Barranquilla, Colombia
