Resolv Global is seeking detail-oriented bilingual professionals to join our on-site patient support team in Barranquilla, Colombia. You will be the primary contact for patients, helping them navigate their care journey from scheduling appointments to follow-up guidance after visits.

This full-time, on-site role requires fluent English and Spanish, excellent written and spoken communication, and the ability to manage multiple channels.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken
• 1+ year in customer service or patient support or similar role
• Comfortable using multiple software tools and platforms

Responsabilidades

• Respond to patient inquiries through phone, email, text, and web chat
• Schedule patient appointments and manage changes or cancellations
• Provide pre- and post-appointment instructions

We are looking for detail-oriented, caring, and reliable bilingual professionals to join our on-site patient support team.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, helping them navigate their care journey from scheduling appointments to receiving follow‑up guidance after their visits.

This is an on‑site, full‑time position open to candidates based in Barranquilla, Colombia. If you genuinely enjoy helping people, communicate clearly in both English and Spanish, and thrive in a structured remote environment, we would love to hear from you.

What You Will Do

• Respond to patient inquiries through inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and web chats
• Schedule patient appointments and manage changes or cancellations
• Provide patients with clear pre‑appointment and post‑appointment instructions
• Follow up with patients as needed to ensure they have the information they need
• Support clinic operations with coordination and administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions
• Handle multiple communication channels at the same time while keeping a calm, professional tone throughout

Contract & Compensation

• $5.75 USD per hour
• Paid weekly in arrears
• Independent contractor position

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, patient support, or a similar client‑facing role
• Strong written communication skills with attention to grammar and clarity
• Comfortable learning and navigating multiple software tools and platforms
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• A patient, empathetic, and professional communication style at all times
• Currently residing in or near (within traveling distance of) Barranquilla, Colombia
• CRM experience
• Appointment scheduling experience
• Inbound and outbound phone calls, email, text messages, and web chat experience
