• Ability to manage multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain communication with clients and team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
• Develop data-driven strategies based on reports and observations to impact performance.
• Identify training needs to equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledge.
• Understand system tools and procedures used within the program.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on promotions and updates.
