Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Team Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a BPO industry.
• Experience in sales operations within a BPO or contact center environment.
• Enthusiastic, passionate, and results-driven leader with a strong commitment to sales excellence.
• Strong analytical skills; able to interpret data and identify trends.
• Time management skills to handle multiple schedules and initiatives.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain communication with clients and team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
• Produce solid strategies based on accurate data reports and observations to impact the bottom line.
• Identify training needs to equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledge.
