Job summary

DHL Group is seeking a Team Leader – Sales in Bogotá to lead the GSC Bogotá Sales service line teams, including Sales Support, Digital Sales and After Sales. You will drive performance, coach leaders, and maintain strong relationships with Business Partners to win and grow business.

As a people-first leader, you will build a motivated, high-performing team, manage service delivery against SLAs, and translate commercial goals into actionable team priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading teams in Sales or Shared Services environments.
• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics (Air and/or Ocean) is desirable.
• Proven track record of developing leaders and improving team performance through KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a growing team of Sales professionals across multiple service teams.
• Own day-to-day delivery of Sales services respecting SLAs and SOPs.
• Lead monthly Service Performance Reviews and QBRs with executive-level reporting.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and partner with Business Partners.
• Drive automation and standardization of processes and reporting with OPEX and digital teams.
