GEA Group in Bogota is seeking a Sales Support to join the local office. You will handle orders, maintain CRM data, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure timely responses to customer requests.

The role requires strong communication, data analysis for upselling opportunities, and proficiency with SAP and CRM systems, plus the ability to work autonomously within a collaborative team.

Formación

• Experience in handling sales orders and quotes in an SAP/CRM environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish; English preferred.
• Ability to analyze customer data to identify upselling opportunities and support sales initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and manage sales and service orders in the SAP system.
• Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and sales activities in the CRM to facilitate tracking and reporting.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely responses to customer requests and meet delivery deadlines.
• Support the sales team in CRM administration.
• Assist in resolving issues related to sales orders, deliveries, and invoicing, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
• Analyze customer consumption patterns to identify upselling opportunities and additional sales strategies.

• Enter and manage sales and service orders in the SAP system.
• Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and sales activities in the CRM to facilitate tracking and reporting.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely responses to customer requests and meet delivery deadlines.
• Support the sales team in CRM administration.
• Participate in team meetings and effectively communicate relevant information to all departments involved.
• Assist in resolving issues related to sales orders, deliveries, and invoicing, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
• Analyze customer consumption patterns to identify upselling opportunities and additional sales strategies.
• Technical Knowledge: Ability to understand the technical aspects of GEA’s products and services, as well as the food industry in general.
• Sales Skills: Proven experience and ability in closing sales and achieving business objectives. Capability to identify sales opportunities and turn them into successful business deals.
• Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and potentially other languages relevant to the target market. Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate the benefits of GEA’s products and services.
• Customer Relationship Management: Expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering value-added solutions. Proficiency in managing customer expectations effectively and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Autonomy and Organizational Skills: Ability to work independently while efficiently managing time and tasks. Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records of sales activities and meet established deadlines.
