GEA Germany GmbH in Bogotá is seeking a Sales Support to reside in our Bogota office. You will enter and manage sales and service orders in SAP, maintain quotes and CRM records, and work with the sales team to ensure timely customer responses and delivery deadlines.

You will also support CRM administration, participate in meetings, and help resolve issues related to orders, deliveries and invoicing while analyzing customer patterns to identify upsell opportunities and grow revenue.

Formación

• Experience in closing sales and meeting objectives.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and offer value-added solutions.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and manage sales and service orders in SAP.
• Maintain accurate quotes, orders and sales activity in CRM for tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with the sales team to respond to customer requests and meet delivery deadlines.
• Support CRM administration for the team.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate relevant information to all departments.
• Assist in resolving issues related to sales orders, deliveries and invoicing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer consumption patterns to identify upselling opportunities and strategies.
