Business Performance Analyst

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Analyze and review the business performance of Middle Americas Cluster’s weekly and monthly top line targets such as Backlog, Order Intake, Sales, Costs, Gross Profit and Gross Margin.
• Responsible by weekly performance analysis by sales orders and division of Backlog, Order Intake, Sales, Costs, Gross Profit and Gross Margin.
• Analysis and reporting of PNL, Balance Sheet and other monthly financial reports.
• Responsible off prepare the weekly and monthly report.
• Support the Forecasting and Budgeting for the reporting entities.
• Draft presentations and dashboards to present financial figures to the division both local and corporate.
• Responsible off keep an updated backlog and order intake by sales order.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Professional in Administrative areas such as Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3-4 years of experience in reporting and controlling.
• English Proficiency (minimum B2).
• Broad experience in data and profit analysis of multinational companies.
• Expertise on Excel and SAP.
• Experience in negotiations with internal customers.
• Analysis, planning and organizational skills.
• Conflict resolutions skills.
• Professional and interpersonal communications skills.
