Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in after-sales or service departments.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP.
• English language proficiency at B1+.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage quotations based on customer needs.
• Handle customer inquiries and manage purchase orders.
• Record daily activities in the CRM system.
• Interact with internal and external customers.
• Follow up on open quotations and orders; support invoicing and accounts receivable.
