You will guide architectural decisions and drive delivery using Lean and Agile practices, while partnering with clients to design transformative tech solutions. The candidate will lead engineering groups, shape technology strategy, and ensure high-quality, scalable systems that meet client business challenges and growth

Formación

• Experience leading technology initiatives across multiple systems.
• Strong background in modern web/mobile architectures and cloud tech.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with clients to understand technology needs and propose impactful solutions.
• Develop and execute a technology strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee project delivery to meet scope, time, and budget with quality standards.
• Ensure robust security, testing, and performance in development practices.
• Mentor engineering teams and collaborate across onshore and offshore groups.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of Lean/Agile methodologies across projects.
