Huge is looking for a Technology Lead to drive technical vision, architecture, and hands-on engineering for enterprise-grade web applications from Colombia. You will partner with client leadership, product and design, and engineering pods to deliver high-performance solutions and mentor engineers globally.

Formación

• 7–10+ years of experience leading and developing large-scale web applications.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js with frontend architecture experience.
• Proven hands-on experience with Contentstack or enterprise headless CMSs, SSR/SSG, state management and performance optimization.
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, modern build tools, and cloud deployment platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive end-to-end frontend architecture using component-driven development, design systems, monorepos, and modern deployment models.
• Oversee and contribute to the development of scalable, high-performance web applications using Next.js, React, and Contentstack.
• Integrate AI tools and methodologies into the software development lifecycle to accelerate velocity and code quality.
• Partner with design, strategy, and product leadership to translate Figma designs into accessible enterprise applications.
• Mentor engineers, promote technical rigor, CI practices, and code quality across teams.
• Serve as a trusted technical voice in client conversations and communicate architectural decisions clearly.
• Enforce enterprise-level security practices and WCAG/ARIA accessibility compliance across digital touchpoints.
