Huge is seeking a Director of Quality Engineering to lead a globally distributed QA practice from Bogotá, Colombia. You will guide a 75+ QA team across four countries, driving the shift from manual testing to AI-augmented quality engineering, and build scalable frameworks for continuous quality throughout the software lifecycle.

You will shape governance, mentor QA leaders, and partner with client teams to position Huge's AI-native QE capabilities as a market differentiator.

Formación

• Proven experience leading globally distributed quality engineering organizations at scale.
• Experience transitioning from manual testing to AI-native, automated testing strategies.
• Fluency with modern automation tooling and AI-powered test tools.

Responsabilidades

• Define and advance an AI-native quality engineering strategy across four global offices.
• Lead the shift from manual to AI-augmented automated testing for web, mobile, and API.
• Embed quality across the full SDLC with AI-powered quality gates and shift-left practices.
• Design governance frameworks and maturity models for automation and quality metrics.
• Lead and develop a 75+ QA team across countries through Leads and Managers.
• Represent quality engineering in client conversations and position Huge's QE capability as a differentiator.
