Huge is seeking a Director of Technology to join the global technology team as a remote position within Colombia. You will drive technology strategy, oversee multi-disciplinary delivery, and partner with account leadership to deliver innovative, scalable solutions for clients.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with microservices, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and modern architectures. You will mentor teams and shape the technology practice while embracing emergent technologies

Formación

Experience with mobile app development and cross-platform delivery.
Ability to articulate technical strategy to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams across web and mobile.

Responsabilidades

Collaborate with clients to understand technology needs and define solutions.
Develop and execute a technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
Oversee project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Ensure quality standards including code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.
Identify and mitigate technology risks and ensure security/compliance.
Manage vendor relationships and drive organic growth on accounts.
Lead innovation and set best practices across the technology organization.
