Softgic S. seeks a Director of Technology & AI to define strategy and oversee the execution of technology initiatives for a fast-growing SaaS platform. You will lead engineering operations, scale AI-driven products, and ensure scalable, secure architectures aligned with business goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience managing distributed teams, and a track record in AI adoption within SaaS environments. Remote work from Colombia-based teams is supported with EST business hours.

Formación

• 5+ years leading software, tech, or product teams.
• SaaS or technology-driven org experience.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and cloud infra.
• Hands-on with AI technologies and ML applications.
• Experience managing distributed teams and vendors.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technology strategy and long-term innovation roadmap.
• Oversee engineering teams and ensure delivery excellence.
• Drive AI-powered solutions, automation, and operational efficiencies.
• Evaluate and optimize AI/LLM integrations within products and processes.
• Design scalable software architecture, systems, and infrastructure.
• Improve development processes and engineering productivity.
• Align tech initiatives with business goals and customer needs.
• Manage tech budgets, vendors, and risk.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and compliance.
• Recruit and mentor high-performing engineers.
• Support product innovation while maintaining stability.
