Huge is seeking a Technology Lead to drive technical architecture and hands-on execution from Colombia, defining the vision and delivering enterprise-grade web apps. You will partner with leadership, product, design, and engineering pods to implement high-performance solutions and establish best practices.

You will mentor engineers, embed accessibility and security into development, and communicate complex decisions clearly to stakeholders while guiding teams across global brands.

Formación

• 7–10+ years leading large-scale web apps.
• Contentstack / headless CMS integration with SSR/SSG.
• REST/GraphQL APIs, CI/CD, cloud deployment.
• AI tooling integration in dev workflows.
• WCAG/ARIA accessibility and security best practices.
• Mentoring engineers and driving client-facing tech decisions.
• English at C1+ with strong communication and collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Eng or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive end-to-end frontend architecture.
• Lead development of scalable web apps with Next.js/React.
• Integrate AI tools to accelerate velocity and testing.
• Translate Figma designs into accessible enterprise apps.
• Mentor engineers and uphold testing and code quality.
• Represent technical decisions to clients and stakeholders.
• Enforce security and WCAG/ARIA accessibility across touchpoints.
