Huge is a human-first AI-native design and technology company seeking an Associate Creative Director to lead world-class client brands from concept to delivery. You will manage relationships, guide visual and narrative direction, and oversee integrated campaigns across design, copy, motion, and strategy.

You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, set art direction, and drive visual innovation while maintaining high standards of craft.

Formación

• 8+ years in an integrated brand creative agency
• Strong portfolio with campaign and storytelling client work
• Excellent leadership and team management, capable of inspiring teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills for clients and internal stakeholders
• Passion for ideas and storytelling that connect with audiences
• Experience collaborating across disciplines to shape briefs and stories

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary creative contact for world-class clients, aligning vision with business goals
• Lead big-idea conceptual thinking and develop campaign platforms and brand aesthetics
• Pitch and present visual concepts, moodboards, and treatments to senior client executives
• Guide client feedback while defending visual integrity and business objectives
• Direct and inspire multidisciplinary teams across design, art, strategy, motion, and photography
• Mentor art directors and visual designers to foster high-level craftsmanship
• Set overarching art direction across visual design, typography, and motion
• Drive visual innovation keeping brand aesthetics ahead of trends and tech
• Oversee full-scale creative production to translate ideas into assets
• Maintain uncompromising design standards for client satisfaction
