Job summary

GSD Staffing is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support our recruitment team in evaluating candidates for technical and non-technical positions. The role focuses on reviewing resumes in ATS, conducting initial virtual screening, assessing assessments, and providing clear interview write-ups for the team and executives.

Qualifications

• At least two years of recruitment experience, preferably IT staffing.
• Experience conducting initial virtual screening interviews.
• Strong ability to review resumes and assess candidates against requirements.
• Experience preparing candidate interview summaries or screening write-ups.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes submitted through the ATS and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
• Conduct initial virtual screening interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Prepare structured interview write-ups with strengths, gaps, and recommendations.
• Verify resumes and ATS records are complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with the recruiting team on feedback, next steps, and progress.
• Ensure documentation standards are consistent across candidates and openings.
