BairesDev is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to analyze the pool of pre-vetted candidates and staff ongoing IT opportunities. You’ll act as a key link between Client Services and the Talent Acquisition team, overseeing vetting and presenting candidates.

• Review and filter candidates in pipeline per guidelines.
• Write summaries and edit resumes to present candidates.
