Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to strategically analyze our pool of pre-vetted candidates and staff ongoing IT opportunities. You will bridge Client Services and the Talent Acquisition team, manage end-to-end vetting, and present top candidates to clients.

The ideal candidate is analytical, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with strong English and a process-driven mindset. This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours and global collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition.
• Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present candidates effectively.
• Nice to have: previous IT industry knowledge or technical background.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Successfully handle and fill openings, selecting candidates and meeting deadlines.
• Review and filter candidates in pipeline, following specific parameters and guidelines.
• Write summaries and edit resumes to present candidates effectively.
• Handle communication with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.
